This event is a meditation group facilitated by Reiki with Angels Founder Ellen Mahloy. Ellen will use her energy system to bridge participants into the deepest level of meditation each participant can relax into. Participants may use any meditation style, so long as it is silent. No prior experience meditating is necessary.
Time: 45 minutes; new comers arrive 15 minutes early for orientation
